From the first question to the next step.

A practical process for SEO, AEO, and GEO. Know what to prepare, what we agree on, and what you receive at each stage.

How the work progresses.

1. Understand the business

Share what you sell, who you serve, and the question or obstacle you want to address. A website is useful, but is not required for an initial conversation.

Bring: a short business description, relevant links, and your main goal.

2. Agree on the scope

Choose the pages and customer questions to review. Agree on deliverables, access, fees, timing, and who approves changes before work begins.

You receive: an agreed scope and a clear boundary between audit, implementation, and ongoing support.

3. Review and prioritize

Inspect the agreed pages for access and information gaps. Record the URL, evidence, recommended action, priority, and how to check the fix. Note where reporting data is unavailable.

You receive: findings and a prioritized action plan. An audit can stand alone.

4. Implement and hand over

If included, carry out approved technical and content improvements with the access available. Your team checks business facts and approves publication.

You receive: agreed page changes, a change log, verification notes, and a handover.

5. Review what changed

Compare completed work with available search data, recorded AI-answer samples, and relevant inquiries. Agree on next actions and reporting frequency when continued support is included.

You receive: a review that separates work completed, observed data, and decisions for the next period.
